This Business Simulation allows you to manage your own Passport Services of the Atlantis Federation. There 55 passport centers spread across the Federation and they are all operating below their optimal capacity. A study conducted by an independent organization throughout the Federation on the services provided from the Federal Government called out the Passport Services as the worst-performing public service institution.
When you are familiar with the basics of operations, you will have to take decisions regarding improving the services offered by the passport office. What good is information when it is not utilized? Are you ready to take this challenge? It's not simple however, it's not impossible too!

You are required to run Operations for 4 months and the operational performance of Month 04 will determine if you are successful in securing the deal from Atlantis Federation. Each SimBYTE from here on is a Month in the simulation timeline.
