Seen the movie Imitation Game? In that movie, the audience is showed how decrypting a message is more than just knowing the language that it is encrypted in. Windtalkers is a game where the members have to decode messages written in NATO and Morse codes which they have to learn prior to the activity. The team who decodes the whole message first is the one that wins. The code can be anything and the members have to keep an open mind and strategically decode the message.

Teams are locked in a virtual escape room and must find clues and solve puzzles to get out before toxic gas fills the room out. Work together to find Qr codes, pin numbers, lock combinations and other hidden messages and gain your freedom!

One person leads and selects the order of participants. Then the first person says one line like" Once upon a time in Silk board" then the second person says "there was a traffic jam" and then the third person adds one line and so on and on.

The lead will ask the members to talk about 1 unique and 1 strange thing about themselves. Each member in the group or video chat gets 1 minute to reflect on it and then each team member gets to talk about it in turns. Unique could be an achievement(ex. I ran a full marathon or did a everest base camp trek) and strange could be a wierd quality of that person ( Ex. I can eat 2 full biryanis in one go or I can sleep while standing in a moving bus). This is a hilarious way to get to know your teammates on a personal level

The game is exactly like the famous party game but toned down to a professional environment. All participants must raise 5 fingers up.

Teams get 20 minutes to scavenge their homes for any item that begins with a specified alphabet. For Example The facilitator or host gives the team the alphabet 'S' and starts the time. Origami is a beautiful Japanese art form of paper folding. It needs concentration, patience and precision. The team members have to make origami, but here’s the catch: it’s to be done only through audio instructions. Learning origami always requires a lot of visual input. You would remember your art teacher pointing on the paper and saying, ‘turn this corner and fold it like this,’ but in this game, you will be told something like, ‘take the top left corner and bring it towards the bottom right corner.’ You would be quite surprised with the outcomes of the various origamis formed when this change occurs.

This game can be useful for teams with language and cultural differences. Tell the group to imagine aliens have landed on Earth and want to learn about your company. But since they don’t speak English or understand what you do, it needs to be explained with five symbols or pictures.

20-20 challenge' involves a bunch of interesting and funny tasks that need to be done in a limited amount of time. The list will only be told once and won't be repeated, so the employees must pay attention to the list. Pen, paper, and maybe running shoes are all you need! And brace yourselves as this game is not at all as easy or as simple as it sounds! So get ready for a some fast paced thrills.
