It is a very exciting and interesting collection of activities. The team can be assigned with any activity that has to be completed within 60 seconds. The team has to choose from among them the best suited person who can complete the task within stipulated time. The interesting part is that the activities can be conducted using very common household or office supply products. It is nerve-wrecking as the task must be finished in just a minute to win the game.


Each team will be given a satin sheet to launch as well as catch the water balloons. With careful manoeuvring and positioning, the balloons need to be tossed from one side to the other. Any misses will result in water being splashed on the participants. Be prepared for squeals of joy!


In this activity, the members are asked to be teamed up in pairs, out of which, one will be the guide and the second will be blindfolded. When everybody is settled, the blindfolded partner is slowly spun a few times to confuse him/her with the direction. The guide has to direct his team member through the obstacles without touching, rather using effective verbal communication.

In this challenge, individual teams work with the material provided to build a working Rube Goldberg’s model - or simply put an Actuator. The activity requires them to think intuitively with available resources and create a self-running mechanism. There being no manual touches in the actuator, it has to be a series of actuation from one table to another by connecting them ingeniously, in order for the mechanism to work.

It is a fun-filled and exciting activity where the team is entrusted with a job to move a pyramid of blocks from one area of the playground to another through three pre-determined areas. It is challenging and the team has to summon all their thinking skills to ensure they emerge as a winner in the task.

The same rules of the traditional tic tac toe game apply. The only difference is that here every move will be played by a different member. One wrong decision and the entire team loses.

In this activity, members are divided into teams and given 15 interlocking planks. With the help of the blueprint, they have to come up with a clear-cut strategy and put it into action in order to fetch desirable results. Teams make several attempts to put the unit together.

Teams are tasked with building a roller coaster out of wooden canes, pipes and zip ties in order to displace a ball from point A to point B. A minimum length and design brief need to be followed, along which each team builds a section of the track. Later these sections are put together to form a gigantic roller coaster which will act as a circuit to test using the rollers. The ball must use only gravity with no human intervention. Bonus points are awarded for loops, drops and spirals.


At the start of the activity, teams gear up for a regular treasure hunt. Clues are handed out with mind-bending riddles, weird anagrams, unexpected locations and well-hidden codes. At every leg of the game, teams are tasked with additional activities, in order to help them unlock special items that help them with the end goal of the activity. Points are given basis their order of arrival at every clue location. The combined effort of all teams leads to a masterpiece in the finale.

Teams are tasked with building a raft that can support 4-6 members of each team and can be rowed a certain distance. The resources are very basic and include floatable items. Using this, teams must build a sturdy raft that can be manoeuvred through the waters. Risk factors run high and every small detail is integral to the teams’ survival. The perfect raft floats till the team is transported.



The Trebound facilitator will equip team members with a half-pipe (with the top half cut) which has to be held in succession in order to create a pipeline. The ball (the goods) have to be rolled down this pipeline till the finish line and into the container without falling off. Each ball that makes it to the container successfully results in a happy customer.



Each team has a common loading point and individual goal corners. Every goal corner, in turn, has scoring parameters that must be met at the time of delivery. Any default will lead to negative points or disqualification from the game.


The theme is set in the 19th century when the Mafia gangs ruled supreme. Each team is given a set of tasks along this theme and the team with most points rules over the city. This Godfather themed team building session involves high stake robberies, assassinations (not really) and kidnapping. What makes it more special is that one can win elite cards after every challenge, such as the John Wick card, the Joker card and The Rat card. These special powers can be used to wipe out the competition.

In this activity, participants will be divided into teams and have the task of collecting keys in a numerical sequence. Each team will be given five attempts and a 30 minute time frame to touch the numerical spots at the fastest pace possible. Only one member is permitted to be in the game parameter at a given point of time.


Each team will be presented with a bucket of water, cups and a pipe ridden with a certain amount of holes. At the bottom of the pipe lies a ball that needs to be scouted out with the help of water. The challenge is that the cups and water are limited and easily spills through the holes. Through innovative thinking and team effort, the members have to ensure that their team is first in getting out the ball.


In this activity, individual teams work on canvas each, creating an artwork that depicts either their organization’s vision symbolically or simply an abstract theme. The goal is to then combine each team’s masterpiece in a giant big picture – the Gigsaw! Since each team has had an input in the larger picture, their interest in the outcome is immediate. Teams gain an interesting perspective as they work together to create the picture, using foresight and collaboration.

Drum Jam is the perfect activity to break barriers and release energies. Each member of the crowd is given a large percussion instrument, such as a Djembe. The audience uses their hands to beat the drum to the beat. The hypnotic beat of the drum fills every participant with energy and passion, as they fall into sync with the rhythm. As the beat picks up, the energy levels rise palpably. This promotes healthy relation-ships in a team and, as a result, increases productivity.

The Trebound facilitator will challenge the teams to race against each other to cross checkpoints and reach the finish line. One of the team members will be blindfolded and with the help and guidance of others, be transported between a hula hoop. The added challenge is that that blindfolded person also needs to balance a beach ball between his/her feet along the way.




It is a charitable team building activity where a team gears up and works hard to assemble a bicycle. The challenge lies in building the cycle correctly in record time. This activity tests the ability of the team. The participants work in a highly competitive environment wherein the aim is to provide a better life-quality to the deprived kids.

In this challenge, the team participants are given a variety of equipment, tools, and materials necessary to assemble and build a bicycle. They must work quickly in perfect sync so that they are able to finish the task first. Once the bicycle is assembled and is ready to use, it is donated to an NGO that deliver these bicycles to children in need.


On the lines of reduce, reuse and recycle, now retune everyday junk items such as water cans, bottles, pipes and such to create music. The team works for about an hour on their instruments and then proceed to create a medley driven by a professional percussionist.
